The surroundings are stunning, with snow-covered mountains and picturesque villages nearby. the hotel offered a delicious Christmas dinner, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. the rooms were clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep.
It was challenging to find parking around the hotel as the designated car park was quite a distance away. some of the rooms had no lift, which made it difficult with mobility issues to access the upper floors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful surroundings, great tapas in nearby villages, and the brand new renovated facilities. The staff were super helpful, making us feel right at home and providing great tips. We loved the comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms, and delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice, good coffee, and tasty toasted bread.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The hotel location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful forests and overlooking a stunning dam. The meals cooked were delicious and a highlight of the stay.
The hotel lacked modern amenities and could use some updates. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.
